When you think of romantic holidays, Halloween normally doesn't come to mind. We're turning that around by adding a spark of romance for the spooky day. Whether it's a romantically spooky gift or a haunting date idea, we've got some great romantic Halloween ideas.

1. Spooky Movies.
   This is a common suggestion, but not many couples actually take advantage of it! Gather a few 'spooky' treats: candy, black licorice, popcorn balls, etc. and a bottle of wine. Pick a few scary movies, a large blanket big enough for two, and park yourselves on the couch for a spooky Halloween night full of screams and cuddles.
   
   
2. Scary Treats.

   Spend the afternoon together selecting the perfect pumpkin and enjoying the festival like activities that generally take place at pumpkin patches. When you're finished, head home and carve the pumpkins together.
   
   
8. Carve a pumpkin.
   You can have a blast together spending the afternoon carving pumpkins. Get patterns and turn it into a competition with the winner picking their prize! Add a little extra fun by roasting your pumpkin seeds or baking a pumpkin pie together.
   
   
9. Take a hay ride.
   If you're looking for an evening of true autumn romance, get a bottle of wine and head out on a local hay ride. You'll spend the evening under the moon, huddled together, just enjoying each other's company.
   
   
10. Haunted House.
    Head out for a scary night at a local haunted house. There's nothing more fun than a 'scary' date night at a haunted house.
