So that's exactly what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna kiss you in about ten second and if you don't want me to kiss you. Well, if you don't want me to then I guess you're just gonna have to stop me... This is Dylan/Brenda's first kiss from 90210. The scene is pretty intense leading up to it. Sorry if it's a bit long. Basically Dylan has just had a bad controntation with his father.
Brenda: We don't have to talk about it if you don't want to.
Dylan: Good.
Brenda: Look do you wanna take a walk on the beach or something?
Dylan: Oh yeah, check out the homeless people? That'd be great.
Brenda: Dylan, I don't know what happened up there.
Dylan; That's right, you don't!
Brenda: If you'd let me finish-
Dylan: Excuse me, I have a knack for interrupting things.
Brenda: Dylan.
Dylan: I'm real good at interrupting because I think I've had just about enough noise for one night, okay?
Brenda: Excuse me, can you get me a taxi?
Dylan: Forget the taxi.
Brenda: No, I want a taxi!
Dylan: No, just come on dammit!
Brenda: Stop yelling at me!
(Dylan smashes a plant pot and Brenda runs. Dylan chases her and grabs her in a hug)
Dylan: I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
Brenda: Just let me go.
Dylan: Brenda, I'm an idiot, please don't leave.
Brenda: You're scaring me!
Dylan: I'm sorry.(Starts crying)
Brenda: Dylan, what happened?
Dylan: He just gets to me. He always gets to me. I don't know what I'm supposed to...
(Dylan embraces Brenda in a hug and sobs on her shoulder. Then he looks at her and kisses her passionately)

I really my number one has to be Doug Ross + Carol Hathaway - (episode 5x15 - "The Storm; Part II")
He's leaving County because he has to, in order to help his friends keep their jobs, he says goodbye to her and the scene goes:
Doug:Long night huh?
Carol:Yeah.
Doug:You're not coming with me are you?
Carol: Are you really leaving?
Doug: There's nothing for me here.
Carol: I'm here.
Doug: I mean work. I can't stay here.
Carol: Not even for me?
Doug: Come with me.
Carol: I want you to stay here.
Doug: I can't.
Carol: I don't understand that.
Doug: I have to go, Carol. I can't stay here.
(He starts to leave)
Carol: (tearful) Doug -
(He turns to face her)
- I don't want to wake up alone tomorrow!
(He strides back to her, kisses her, whispers - "I love you" and walks off, leaving her crying in the corridor)
It's proper sad, but really well done.

The Last Episode:When Ross is in his apartment and gets a message from Rachel that she wants to get off the plane.Suddenly-The message stops.
Ross is frantically trying to find out if there is more to the message.
Ross - Did she get off the plane?
Then Rachel comes in and says - I got off the plane!
Ross walks up to her .. Gives her a hug and then they share a passionate kiss ..

Brooke and Lucas are staying together during a storm, when Brooke gets angry over a letter he sent her that had the same line he used for another girl, Brooke's best friend, during a love triangle from last spring. Brooke rushes out into the rain, and he follows. She finally turns around to hear him out.
Lucas: Brooke, I'm sorry, you're not psychotic. I mean a little disturbed, maybe.
Brooke: You think this is funny?
Lucas: You know what I think? I think you're trying to sabotage us. Find any reason you can so you can end it. So that you don't have to worry about getting hurt again!
Brooke: But the same words, Lucas? The exact same words?
Lucas: I never sent that letter to Peyton.
Brooke: And I never sent my letters either to you but they still meant something. Just tell me why me, this time, why not Peyton?
Lucas: I can't say anything bad about Peyton. She's my friend, and she's your best friend.
Brooke: That's ok, you can say bad things about her.
Lucas: Oh, Brooke... the truth is I care about Peyton.
Brooke: Then what is the difference?
Lucas: THe difference? The difference is I LOVE you, Brooke. I wanna be with you, not Peyton.
Brooke: But why? I need to know WHY.
Lucas: Because you... kink your eyebrow, when you're trying to be cute? Because you quote Camus even though I've never actually seen you read. And because... you miss your parents but you'll never ever admit that. And because I've given exactly two of these embarrassing speeches in my entire life, and they've both been with you. I mean that's gotta mean something, right?
And beacuse we're both gonna get pnuemonia... but if you need to hear why I love you, I can go on all night.
Brooke: (stepping forward) You did pretty good.
And then they're lips crach together, and most of us fans don't know what happened after that because we went into cardiac arrest.
The scene is great because there is so much emotion and Brooke and Lucas are yelling through the storm, and it all culminates in that one kiss. It has to be one of the most romantic moments on the entire show.
Ps, I know it waas long, but I had to out the dialogue in :)
