A person with a heart line that is long and curves down at the end is generally known as a pleaser.

These pleasing individuals are adaptable to any situation, as they generally act how they feel others expect them to act. They have developed a deep sense for "reading people" and then know how to act around them, but tend to have a hard time showing true feelings, especially when it wouldn't please someone else.

Pleasing individuals will never rub anyone the wrong way, but they tend to lose their control over their own true feelings because they are constantly trying to avoid negative responses from other individuals, even if it means negating their own feelings.

In new relationships, pleasers need to be careful that they're not getting "walked on" due to their pleasing nature. Because these individuals generally feel that they can solve everyone else's problems by giving into their needs and wants, often at the expense of their own feelings and needs, they must pay close attention to their relationship dynamics. Generally once a pleaser feels comfortable in a relationship, they open up and share of their true emotions without feeding off of their partner's feelings and actions.
